Due to the nature of this product, we cannot offer returns.


Refunds/ Replacements 
We do our absolute best to carefully wrap your order. If any items are broken or damaged in shipment, we will either replace the item(s) with the exact item(s)or offer a refund on broken item(s). The reporting window for such issues is 7-days from the date of delivery.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ocminxcosmetics.com.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We do our very best to pay close attention to detail. We only exchange items if the wrong item was shipped. If this occurs, please send us an email at info@ocminxcosmetics.com with your order number and we will promptly correct the issue.
